This week we are going to continue with oral exercises. On Tuesday I want you to watch the links below
1. My kid would never do that (watch about 28 minutes)
and think about the following questions (take notes! - you don't have to write whole sentences) :
1. Have you witnessed “people being mean or cruel” online, as 88 percent of teens say they have? Have you joined in?
2. Would you say there is bullying in your school, or would you just say there is “drama”?
3. What different types of bullying are there?
4. What kind of person is a bully?
5. What kind of person is bullied?
6. Why do people bully other people?
7. Is bullying a big problem in Sweden?
8. How do adults in your school or community address bullying? Have you seen adults look the other way? What kind of interventions have you seen adults use to prevent or stop bullying?
9. What advice would you give to someone who is being bullied?
10. What can be done to prevent bullying?
11. What do you know about cyber-bullying?
12. How do you think bullies feel when they demean someone else?
We are going to discuss the questions on Friday in small groups!
Furthermore we are going to read a text called 'I Let Gatecrashers Steal My Sister's Car' and talk about it. You can find the questions to the text on Google Classroom.
